About Our Founder
Adeola Adeoye is the Founder and CEO of Ardex Healthcare. Founded in 2019, Ardex Healthcare is a leading provider of healthcare services, with a focus on staffing nurses in healthcare facilities, and corporate organizations.
All through my life, starting from age twelve, I’ve been taking care of my loved ones. And we have two sickle cells in the family. And I have been the one that has been taking care of them when they are in the hospital, have to stay with them, do all of that. And when I moved to the United States, I had my son that had left-side hypoplastic syndrome that I have to take care of him. He was on Ng tube, he was on oxygen. Taking care of my loved ones was a good thing. Like, I was so happy. I thought it is an opportunity and I was privileged. The more you take care of them, you seen the progress. You seen that they getting better every day. And getting better every day is your joy. You have held my story.
